About the Instructor
Bret L. Simmons, Ph.D., is president of Sierra Management Research, Inc., a leadership consulting and training company, and president of Metanoia, LLC, a home-based network marketing company. Dr. Simmons is an assistant professor of management in the University of Nevada, Reno College of Business Administration, where he teaches MBA and undergraduate courses in organizational behavior, leadership and research methods and publishes research on employee health and performance. He is a member of the Academy of Management, the British Academy of Management, the American Psychological Association and the Society for Industrial and Organizational Psychology.
This course may be taken independently and requires no formal admission to the University. Early registration is encouraged.
